| 摘 要： | 目的:观察髓芯减压加缝匠肌骨瓣移植术治疗股骨头坏死的疗效。方法:对65例股骨头坏死患者,采用髓芯减压加缝匠肌骨瓣移植术治疗。结果:经28个月(10-56个月)随访,疗效评价,优38髋,良21髋,可6髋,差0髋。优良率>90%。结论:髓芯减压加缝匠肌骨瓣移植术治疗股骨头坏死,效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the curative effect of treating femoral head necrosis by core decompression and bone flap muscle sartorious transplanting.Methods: Six-five patients with femoral head necrosis were treated with core decompression and bone flap muscle sartorious.Results: All 65 cases were followed-up during 10 months to 56 months(with an average of 28 months),and 38 cases showed excellent therapeutic results.The good therapeutic effects were achieved in 21 cases.The rate of excellent and good results exceeded 90%.Conclusion: Core decompression and bone flap with muscle sartorious transplanting is an effective method for treating osteonecrosis of the femoral head. |
