立足国内放眼国际——对中药国际化的反思

目前,国内中药界普遍存在着这样一个观点：中药要有发展前景,就必须全面快速实现中药国际化。为实现这一目标,他们提出了组织部际联席会议制度、重组中药国际化业务工作流程等一系列措施来推动中药的出口,但从国内中药行业的实践来看,这些措施收效甚微。中药国际化是一项艰巨而复杂的系统工程,绝不可能一蹴而就。现阶段实现中药快速发展,关键是立足国内、放眼国际,通过国家政策引导切实提升企业的竞争力,最终实现中药国际化的目标。

There is a generally accepted view in the traditional Chinese medical field at present. The traditional Chinese medicine has to be internationalized rapidly and completely for a bright prospect. To achieve this goal, they come up with a series of measures to promote the import of traditional Chinese medicine, such as organizing joint conference system, reorganizing process of internationalized business, etc. However, judging from the fulfillment of traditional Chinese medicine at home, these measures prove of little avail. The internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine is an arduous and complicated systematic project that cannot be accomplished overnight. The key to rapid development of traditional Chinese medicine at present is to rely on the domestic market, keep the international market in view and implement the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine finally by increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise through national policies.
