微波热凝治疗口腔良性肿瘤的临床分析

目的：观察、研究并分析微波热凝治疗口腔良性肿瘤的临床效果。方法将该院在2011年7月-2012年7月所收治的患有口腔良性肿瘤的患者106例随机分为观察组和对照组两组，每组患者53例，对照组的患者采用常规的治疗方法进行治疗，对观察组的患者采用微波热凝的治疗方法进行治疗。对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行观察和比较。随访1年，调查并比较两组患者的复发率和并发症的发生率，并比较两组患者治疗过后的满意程度。结果经过对两组分别予以治疗，我们发现观察组患者的临床治疗效果要明显优于对照组患者的临床治疗效果。而且治疗过后，观察组患者的满意程度也要高于对照组，比较两组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在治疗口腔良性肿瘤方面，微波热凝治疗比常规的治疗方法更具有显著的疗效，而且这种方法，方便快捷，具有见效快，安全性高等诸多的特点，值得在临床上推广使用。

Clinical Analysis of Microwave Coagulation Therapy for Oral Benign Tumor

Objective To observe, study and analyze the clinical effect of microwave coagulation treatment for oral benign tumor. Methods 106 cases of patients with oral benign tumors admitted in our hospital from July, 2011 to July, 2012 were randomly di-vided into the observation group and the control group with 53 cases in each. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was given microwave coagulation treatment. The clinical effect of two groups of patients were observed and compared. The patients were followed up for one year, the recurrence and complication rates of two groups were investigated and compared, and the satisfaction degree of two groups of patients was compared. Results After treatment, it was found that the clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group; and the patients＆#39; satisfaction degree was higher than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the treatment of oral benign tumor, microwave coagulation therapy is more effective than the conventional treatment does with the features such as convenience, quick result, higher safety and so on, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
