| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腹腔镜下全膀胱切除术（LRC）的方法和临床疗效。方法把80例浸润性膀胱癌患者随机分成对照组和实验组，分别使用开放性治疗术和LRC进行治疗，然后对两组疗效进行分析。结果实验组比对照组取得更好疗效。结论腹腔镜下根治性膀胱切除术（LRC）具有创伤小等优点，可使有效促进患者的康复治疗，可把之在临床上进行推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the method and clinical effect of laparoscopic radical cystectomy （LRC）. Methods 80 cases of invasive bladder cancer patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group using open surgery and LRC therapy for treatment, respectively, then the efficacy of two groups was analyzed. Results The experimental group obtained better efficacy than the control group did. Conclusion Laparoscopic radical cystectomy （LRC） can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients with the advantages of less trauma and so forth, which can be popularized and applied in clinical practice. |
