摘    要:目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定黄体酮自微乳化胶囊的含量。方法采用依利特C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(75:25),流速为1.0mL/min,内标物为丙酸睾丸素,检测波长为254nm。结果黄体酮质量浓度在0.01048—0.2620mg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为100.03%,RSD为1.34%(n=5)。结论HPLC法操作简便易行,结果准确可靠,可用于黄体酮自微乳化胶囊的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of Progesterone Self- Microemulsfying Capsule. Methods HPLC was carried out using the Elitte C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) and the mobile phase consisting of methanol-water(75:25) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The internal standard was testosterone propionate, and the wavelength was 254 nm. Results The standard curve was linear over the range of 0. 010 48-0. 262 0 mg/mL for progesterone with r=0. 999 7. The recovery rate for progesterone was 100.03% and RSD was 1.34% (n=5). Conclusion The proposed method is simple, efficient and accurate, which can be used for the content determination of Progesterone Self-Microemulsfying Capsule.
