傅里叶自解卷积红外光谱定量分析法测定阿奇霉素的研究

摘    要:采用傅里叶自解卷积红外光谱定量分析技术 ,测定了阿奇霉素片剂中阿奇霉素的含量 ,结果含量为 5 7 15 %。在傅里叶自解卷积红外光谱中 ,吸光度与阿奇霉素的质量百分数呈良好的线性关系 ,回归方程为A =0 0 116C +0 0 2 78,r =0 9986,平均回收率为 99 2 5 % ,RSD为 1 7%。本方法可用于阿奇霉素片剂中阿奇霉素的含量测定。

Abstract:Fourier self deconvolution infrared spectroscopy was used to determine the azithromycin in its tablet formulation. The relationship between the absorbance and the mass percentage of azithromycin was linear in the fourier self deconvolution infrared spectra. A=0 0116C+0 0278, r =0 9986. The average recovery rate of azithromycin was 99 25%,and RSD was 1 71%. This method was a simple, rapid, reliable, and it has been proved to be a convenient method for the determination of azithromycin in its tablet formulation.
