胶原酶溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症最佳适应证的近中远期疗效分析

目的评价胶原酶溶解术的近、中、远期疗效,分析机制、适应证等与疗效的关系.方法 按统一的适应证选择标准、治疗方法,对行胶原酶溶解术、资料完整的腰椎间盘突出症的最佳适应证1 279例进行复诊、书信、电话等方式随访观察,随访时间和例数分别为0.5～ 1年(近期) 105例, 2～ 4年(中期) 593例, 6～ 8年(远期) 581例,按统一的疗效标准评价胶原酶溶解术的近、中、远期疗效.结果 最佳适应证近期、中期、远期优良率分别为 96.1%、 85.4%、 84.8%.结论 在诊断明确、最佳适应证范围内、规范操作的前提下,胶原酶溶解术是腰椎间盘突出症的一种微创、安全、有效的治疗方法.

Analysis of therapeufic effect of collagenase chemolysis on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

AIM:To evaluate the short,intermediate and long term therapeutic effect of col lagenase chemolysis and analyse the relationship between therapeutic effect,indi cations and mechanism. METHODS:According to uniform diagnosis criteria and method, 1 279 patients wit h lumbar intervertebral disc herniation who had integral data and received colla genase chemolysis were followed(by return visit, letter or telephone et al).Foll owing time and case number: 0.5-1 year(early),105 cases;2-4 years( medium-ter m),593 cases;6-8 years( long-term),581 cases. The short,intermediate and long term therapeutic effects of collagenase chemolysis were evaluated with uniform t herapeutic effect criteria . RESULTS:The short,intermediate and long term effective rates to best indicatio ns were 96.1%, 85.4%,84.8%respectively.
