农村育龄妇女外阴卫生习惯影响因素分析

目的研究农村育龄妇女外阴卫生习惯及其影响因素,为农村妇女保健工作提供可以参考的依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法抽样。使用自行设计问卷,对安徽省某县18~49岁的育龄妇女进行调查。结果在956名育龄妇女中,有56.07%的妇女拥有自己独用的洗下身的盆,影响因素是文化程度和地理位置;56.59%有自己独用的洗下身毛巾,影响因素是文化程度、家庭人均收入和地理位置。结论育龄妇女外阴卫生习惯不太好,应引起有关卫生单位和妇女组织的重视。加强基础教育和社区健康教育,可以改善妇女外阴卫生习惯。

Risk factors for hygienic habit among reproductive women in rural areas

Objective To identify the occurrence of and risk factors for non-hygienic habit among reproductive women in rural areas. Methods A structured questionnaire was administered face-to-face to women of 18~49 years old selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method in a county in Anhui province. Results Totally 956 women participated in the survey. The proportion of women who have a shared basin to wash genital areas is 43.93% and the potential risk factors for this indicator are education and location. The proportion of women who have a shared towel to wash genital area is 43.41% and the potential risk factors are education, average household income and location. Conclusions More than 40% reproductive women have shared basin and towel to wash genital areas. This should be paid attention by relative health care providers and women's organizations. Improving basic education and providing community health education are the two key measures to improve women's hygienic habits.
