甲状腺超声检查对少儿健康体检的价值

目的探讨甲状腺超声检查在少年儿童的健康体检方面的价值。方法采用甲状腺超声检查对40例2～14岁少年儿童进行健康体检。结果发现非正常甲状腺者12例：1例先天性甲状腺缺如；5例甲状腺结节；2例甲状腺发育异常，1例甲状舌管囊肿；3例甲状腺肿大。结论甲状腺超声检查在少年儿童的健康体检方面有重要的价值。

Clinical Value of Thyroid Ultrasonography for Children's Physical Examination

Objective To probe into the value of ultrasonic check of thyroid gland in children's physical examination. Method Adopting the ultra-sonic inspection of thyroid gland to catty on the physical examination for 40 children of 2-14 years old. Results 12 persons had abnormal thyroid gland: one case's thyroid gland existed inborn scarce; 5 cases had thyroid gland tu-bercles; 2 cases had abnormal development in thyroid gland; one case had thy-roglossal cyst; 3 cases had thyroid gland-swelling. Conclusion The ultrasonic check of thyroid glandlt has important value in children's physical examina-tion.
