| 摘 要： | 目的了解上海市宝山区近年来麻疹发病的季节性特征，为更好地控制以至消除麻疹，制定相应防制措施提供依据。方法利用圆形分布法对2000--2007年宝山区麻疹疫情资料进行分析。结果麻疹发病在4、5月份达到高峰，在2005年4、5月份的病例分别达51和52例。结论麻疹发病具有明显的季节性，但与以往麻疹为冬春季发病相比，有向夏季延伸的趋势；利用圆形分布对麻疹的季节性特征分析有利于我们预测麻疹流行时间，并可以有针对性地实施防制措施。

| Abstract: | [ Objective] To understand the seasonal characteristics of measles in Baoshan district in the recent years, provide the data for control and elimination of measles. [ Methods ] The data of measles epidemic situation during 2000--2007 was analyzed with circular distribution method. [ Results ] The measles outbreak peak was April to May. 51 and 52 measles cases were observed in April and May in 2005 respectively. [ Conclusion ] There are significant seasonal characteristics in incidence of measles, and the outbreak peak season extends from winter and spring to summer. The circular distribution method is useful for forecast of epidemic season and implementing of prevent and control measure. |
