摘    要:以杀蚊虫的幼虫和杀蜱螨为生物模型,来寻找能产生对神经作用有效的抗生素产生菌.初筛有效的菌株经复筛培养,使用乙醇抽提活性成份,就UV吸收、抗菌性能、 TLC分离鉴别以及形态观察等方面进行综合评价。其中8株活性成份和Antimycin,另对4株活性也类似于polynactin而是一株有希望的新菌株。

Abstract:The active component from culture broth, which was produced by secondary screening of active strains, was extracted by organic solvent. The ultraviolet spectra, antibacterial spectra and the thin layer chromatogra phy behaviour and the morphology of the producing strains were being studied.In this report, we found that the active component from eight strains are similar to Antimycins, another four strains are similar to Polynactins and among them, there was one strain designated as strain No. Kpll79 was considered to be a new one and different from Antimycins and Polynactin.
