摘    要:中药发酵技术是在继承中药炮制学发酵法的基础上,吸取微生态学研究成果,结合现代微生物工程而形成的高科技中药制药新技术。发酵中药是目前中药研究的热点,该文对近10年中药发酵的概况进行综述,并对其关键技术进行了探讨。

Abstract:On the basis processing of herbal medicinals, the fermentation technology of Chinese medicinal which absorbed the research results in microecology and combined with modern fermentation engineering is a new high- tech pharmaceutical technology. Recently fermented of Chinese medicinal has become hotspot in this research field, This article gives a summary on the general situation of Chinese medicinal fermentation in nearly a decade and discuss on its key technologies.
