摘    要:目的:镜下观察改进TA-Fe法同时显示大鼠脊髓微血管和神经元的效果。方法:改进TA-Fe法,以TA-Fe法媒染脊髓微血管,以苏木精或HE法复染神经组织细胞。结果:脊髓微血管和各种细胞均得到了良好的显示。不同部位血管的微密度不同,血管密集区神经元丰富,神经细胞散在部位血管稀疏。结论:改进TA-Fe法可同时显示脊髓微血管和神经组织细胞,并直观地展示了两者之间的相互关系,是一种研究缺血性中枢神经系统疾病的新方法。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of improved TA-Fe method to demonstrate microvascular and cells of nervous tissue in spinal cord concurrently under light microscopy. Methods: The microvascular in spinal cord were stained with TA-Fe method, then cells of nervous tissue re-dyed by Harris hematlxylin or hematoxylin-eosin (HE) methods. Results: All microvascular and cells in spinal cord were well displayed. The density of microvascular varies from position to position, in the areas which the neurons is density distributed, the microvascular is also density, vice versa. Conclusion: Microvascular and cells of nervous tissue in spinal cord were demonstrated concurrently by improved TA-Fe method, relation between cells and vessel were shown. It is a useful new method to study blood-deficiency diseases of central nervous system.
