| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理护理在初产妇孕产期的实用性。方法对100例初产妇进行全程心理护理,并让家属陪伴分娩。结果通过心理护理,妇女顺产率明显上升,剖宫产率、新生儿窒息等显著降低。结论产妇在孕产期实行心理护理,能够使产妇心身得到满足,与医务人员密切配合,缩短产程,降低剖宫产率,从而提高产科质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the psychological care at the beginning of the usefulness of matemal pregnancy. Methods 100 patients with first full course of maternal psychological care, and allow family members to accompany childbirth. Results The psychological care, women＇s natural delivery rate was significantly increased cesarean section rate, neonatal asphyxia significantly reduced. Conclusion Maternal psychological practice in maternal care, maternal physical and mental to be met, in close coordination with the medical staff, shorten labor, reduce the cesarean section rate, thereby enhancing the quality of obstetrics. |
