卵巢颗粒细胞瘤的超声诊断

目的:评价卵巢颗粒细胞瘤的超声诊断价值。材料和方法:回顾性分析初治患者26人共27个肿瘤,将超声表现与临床及手术病理结果进行对照分析。结果:26例中,18例为内含多个出血、囊性变区域的实性包块,4例(5个肿瘤)呈囊实性,3例为实性,1例为囊性;肿瘤破裂4例。肿瘤内部结构超声表现与病理检查相符合18例,超声提示颗粒细胞瘤诊断3例。结论:虽然术前超声结合临床表现对少数病例可提示诊断,多数病例还是缺乏提示诊断的足够特异性。

Ultrasound Diagnosis of Ovarian granulosa Cell Tumor

Purpose: The ultrasound features of ovarian granulosa cell tumors were comparatively studied with pathological findings in order to improve the preoperative diagnostic accuracy. Materials and Methods: The Ultrasound images of 27 tumors in 26 patients were retrospectively compared with clinical, operative and pathologic findings. Results: Eighteen cases had solid masses with multiple haemorrhagic, cystic spaces inside. 5 tumors were in 4 patients solid and cystic, 3 tumors solid and 1 cystic only. Tumors were found ruptured in 4 cases. The ultrasound appearances were correspondent with pathologic findings in 18 cases (69%). Ultrasound made correct preoperative diagnosis in only 3 cases. Conclusion: Ultrasound can hardly make preoperative diagnosis in ovarian granulose cell tumor even combining with clinical manifestations in most the patients.
