梅花针配合中药贴敷治疗过敏性鼻炎临床研究

目的　研究三伏天梅花针叩刺配合中药贴敷特定穴位治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法　分梅花针叩刺加中药贴敷组 (治疗组 )、中药贴敷组、中药组分别治疗 ,前两组取穴以大椎、肺俞、膏肓俞为主穴 ,并根据辨证选取配穴。结果　治疗组与中药组比较有非常显著性差异 ,与贴敷组比较有显著性差异 ,3组疗效治疗组 >贴敷组 >中药组 ,且年龄越小、治疗次数越多疗效越好。结论　梅花针合中药贴敷治疗过敏性鼻炎是一种行之有效、安全方便的治疗方法 ,能够推广应用

Clinical Research on the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis with Percussopunctator and External Application

Purpose To investigate the clinical effect on allergic rhinitis of percussopunctator tapping plus special acupoint application of external application in dog days.Methods A percussopunctator plus external application group (treatment group), a external application group and a herbal medicine group were estahblished and separately treated. In the former two groups, Dazhui (GV 14), Feishu (BL 13) and Gaohuangshu (BL 43) were selected as main points and other points added according to syndrome differentiation.Results The curative effect in the treatment group was very significantly different from that in the external application group and significantly different from that in the herbal medicine group, with the effect in the treatment group>in the external application group>in the herbal medicine group. The younger the patient and the larger the number of treatment, the better the curative effect.Conclusion The combination of percussopunctator tapping and external application application is an effective, safe and conavenient treatment for alergic rhinitis. It can be popularized for application.
