摘    要:30例正常心肌中11种元素含量测定结果发现,左室硒含量最高,右室、室间隔次之,左、右房最低。红细胞钾、钙、硒含量及钾/钠比值和血浆钠、镉、钢、锌、锰含量及镉/硒、钢/锌比值可作为估算心肌中相应元素含量和比值的指标。

Abstract:K, Na, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cd, Se, Cu, Zn, Mn and Mo concentrations were determined in heart muscle. (left and right ventricles, ventricular septum, left and right atria), plasma and erythrocyte of 30 healthy men. Highest Se concentration in the left ventricle, higher Se concentration in the right ventricle and ventricular septum than that in the left and right atria were observed. The characteristic Se distribution in heart muscle is in good accordance to the physiology, of the heart. Other elements in heart muscle were equally-distributed. Se concentrations in the muscle of four heart chambers correlated positively with their internal pressures. Se concentration in the left ventricle correlated positively with the thickness of left anterior ventricular wall. A significantly positive correlation had been found between concentrations of K and Na, Cd and Se but significantly negative correlation between Cu and Zn concentrations in the heart muscle. K/Na value in the erythrocyte showed no difference from that in heart muscle. We found positive correlation between concentrations of K, Ca, and Se in erythrocyte, Cd, Mn and Cd/So value in plasma and those in heart muscle.There was significantly negative correlation between concentrations of Na, Cu, Zn and Cu/Zn value and those in heart muscle. The results suggested that the concentrations of K, Ca and Se in erythrocyte and Na, Cd, Cu, Zn, Mn, Cd/Se and Cu/Zn values in plasma may be used to evaluate the concentrations and ratios of the corresponding element in heart muscle.
