南瓜籽油超临界CO2流体萃取工艺研究

摘    要:目的优化超临界CO2流体萃取技术提取南瓜籽油的工艺,为开发南瓜籽资源提供科学依据。方法采用单因素考察法,研究了超临界CO2流体萃取南瓜籽油过程中物料粒度、物料含水量、萃取压力和萃取温度的影响。结果与结论确定的较佳提取工艺是将南瓜籽粉碎成粗粉,物料含水量控制在3%~4%,萃取压力22~25MPa,萃取温度45℃,CO2流量由钢瓶决定,一般控制在14~17kg/h。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the technology for extracting the pumpkin seed oil by the supercritical CO2 extraction and to provide the scientific basis for the development of the resources of the pumpkin seeds. Methods Adopting the single factor method, the factors such as the material size, moisture content of material, extraction pressure and temperature were investigated for optimizing the processes. Results and Conclusion The better extraction technology is smashing the pumpkin seeds into meal, controlling the moisture content in 3% -4% with the extraction pressure of 22 - 25 MPa and the extraction temperature of 45 ℃, and determining the CO2 flow rate by the hydrogen steel cylinder controlled in 14 - 17 kg/h.
