急性冠脉综合征患者高敏C反应蛋白和内皮依赖性血管舒张功能的临床研究

目的探讨高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和内皮依赖性血管舒张功能在预测急性冠脉综合征(ACS)中的作用。方法选择2003年1月~2004年12月住院患者168例,分为正常对照组、慢性稳定性冠心病(SCHD)组、急性冠脉综合征(ACS)组,检测各组hs-CRP和内皮依赖性血管舒张功能等各项指标的变化,探讨各项指标之间的相关性。结果ACS组和SCHD组血压、血脂、体重指数、hs-CRP和内皮依赖血管舒张功能与对照组相比有明显差异(P<0.05);ACS组hs-CRP和内皮依赖血管舒张功能均与SCHD组有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论hs-CRP升高和血管内皮功能减退在一定程度上可作为冠状动脉粥样斑块不稳定性的评价指标,为预测ACS的发生提供重要临床依据。

Studies of high sensitive C-reactive protein and endothelium-dependent vasodilation in the patients with acute coronary syndrome

Objective To discuss the effects of high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and endothelium-dependent vasodilation(EDVD) in the prognostication of acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods One hundred and sixty-eight patients from January 2003 to December 2004 were selected and divided into three groups: the normal control group,the group of stable coronary heart disease(SCHD),the group of ACS.Changes of indices including hs-CRP and EDVD were detected,the correlation of the indices were discussed.Results There were obvious difference in blood pressure,blood fat,body mass index,hs-CRP and EDVD in groups of ASC and SCHD compared to those in the control group(P<0.05).Hs-CRP and EDVD in group of ASC were predominant difference compared to those in groups of SCHD(P<0.05).Conclusion Elevation of hs-CRP and EDVD hypofunction partly serve as marker for evaluation of instability of atheromatous plaque of coronary artery,and provide clinical basis for prediction of occurrence of ASC.
