| 摘 要： | 为探讨应用B超测定门静球宽度在预测因门脉高压所致出血的危险性方面的价值，对165例住院的肝硬化患者进行了前瞻性临床研究，结果表明，门静脉直径与上消化道出血危险性呈正相关。当肝门静脉直径超过16mm，牌门静脉直径超过10mm时应高度警惕出血的危险性。

| Abstract: | The width of portal vein was measured by B-mode ultrasonography in 165 patients with cirrhosis of liver. It appeared positive correlation between the width and the dangerous of hemorrhage of upper digestive tract. Our study suggests that we should maintain sharp vigilance to the dangerous of hemorrhage when the diameter of hepatic portal vein ismore than 16 mm and the diameter of splenoportal vein is more than 10mm |
