《温病学》脏腑辨证特点初探

对温病的辨证虽以卫气营血和三焦辨证为主,但其中从脏腑角度辨证的内容并非鲜见。通过对新世纪全国高等中医药院校7年制规划教材《温病学》中脏腑证型的统计与分析,总结出温病学教材中的脏腑辨证具有3个特点:脏腑辨证运用广泛,四脏二腑证型凸现,湿热温邪伤脾为甚。

Primary Exploration on the Characteristic of ZANG-FU Organ Syndrome Differentiation in Science of Epidemic Febrile Disease

Although the epidemic febrile disease was primarily syndrome-differentiated by the differentiation on Wei(defensive QI),Qi(vital QI),YingXue(nutrient blood) and SASN JIAO(triple energizer),the contents differentiated form ZANG FU-organ were rarely seen.Through counting up and analysis of the types of syndrome in the planed teaching material of Science of Epidemic Febrile Disease for seven-year system of the national college or university of TCM in the new century this article summarized three characteristics of ZANGFU-Organ syndrome-differentiation from this material: One,the utilization of this ZANG FU-Organ differentiation was widespread;Two,the syndrome type of four viscuses(ZANG-Organ) and two FU-Organ was markedly appeared;Three,the warm pathogen of damp and heat evil would damage the spleen severely.
