| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对脂肪肝早期诊断的价值。方法应用彩色多谱勒超声检测50例脂肪肝患者的肝固有动脉、门静脉、肝静脉血流，同时观察血脂的变化，并与50例正常人的肝固有动脉、门静脉、肝静脉血流、血脂对照。结果脂肪肝患者肝静脉血流频谱形态改变，流速减低。肝固有动脉阻力指数(RI)增加．血流频谱加速度时间(AT)延长，门静脉血流速度减低，血脂升高。结论肝静脉血流频谱形态改变，流速减低，肝动脉RI值增加，AT延长，门静脉血流速度减低，可作为无创性早期诊断脂肪肝的观察指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in diagnosis of early fatty liver. Methods 50 patients and 50 normal persons were examined with Color Doppler Ultrasonography to observe hepatic blood flow. Result There were significant changes in hepatic and portal hemodynamics through observing and comparing. The decrease of Vmax of hepatic vein was detected, the blood flow velocity of hepatic vein showed low-amplitude and the negative serrated waves or negative two waves were observed, the resistance index of hepatic artery was higher than those of contrast group, the blood flow velocity of portal vein was decreased. Conclusion Color Doppler Ultrrasonography is a convenient and non-invasive method to observe hepatic blood flow for diagnosing fatty livers early. |
