| 摘 要： | 目的]调查湖南省狂犬病例潜伏期长短及其影响因素,了解狂犬病的自然史。方法]收集湖南省2004～2007年1059份完整狂犬病例个案资料,采用EpiData3.1软件录入数据库,用SPSS13.0软件对潜伏期影响因素进行非参数检验(Mann-whitney U检验和Kruskal-Wallis检验)。结果]1059例狂犬病例的潜伏期范围为7～2760d,中位数是56d。病例潜伏期长短与年龄、职业、暴露程度、暴露部位、伤口处理方法、伤口冲洗、伤口消毒、伤口缝合、暴露后接种人用狂犬疫苗、暴露前免疫、以及伤人动物种类、伤人动物来源、动物伤人原因共13个因素有关(P﹤0.05)。结论]狂犬病例潜伏期长短受多种因素的影响,主要与暴露程度、暴露部位、伤口处理等因素有关。
