武汉滨湖特色自然疗养因子调查与应用研究

目的对武汉地区自然疗养因子特点、分布进行调查研究,为科学开发及合理应用提供依据。方法对武汉滨湖特色、人文景观、气象资料等进行调查分析。结果武汉疗养地有丰富的疗养因子,如湿润气候、江河湖泊及丰富的旅游资源。结论武汉东湖自然疗养因子可增加机体免疫能力,对消除疲劳和增强体质有优于药物疗法的功效,对慢性疾病的康复有辅助疗效。

Investigation and applied study of special natunal convalescent factors in Wuhan lake

Objective To investigate the feature and distribution of natural convalecent factors in Wuhan and provid the basis for rational application and scientific development. Methods Shore feature, human landscape and meteorologic data in Wuhan were investigated and analysed. Results Wuhan is rich in natural convalecent factors, such as humid climate, rivers and lakes and rich tourism resources. Conclusion The natural convalecent factors of Wuhan Donghu can strengthening body immune function, which were superior to drug therapy in allaying tiredness and reinforcing physical ability, and have assisted effect on rehabilitation of chronic disease.
