新疆阿魏化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:研究新疆阿魏的化学成分。方法:95%乙醇提取,有机溶剂萃取,硅胶柱色谱分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:得到7个化合物,鉴定为fekrynol(1),fekolone(2),farnesiferol B(3),isosamarcandin(4),episamarcandin(5),farnesiferol C(6),伞形酮(7)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the roots of Ferula sinkiangensis. Method: Compounds were isolated by repeated chromatography on silica gel. Their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectroscopic methods. Result: Seven compounds were identified as fekrynol (1), fekolone (2), farnesiferol B (3), isosamarcandin (4), episamarcandin (5), farnesiferol C (6), umbelliferone (7). Conclusion: All the compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
