| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨双额叶脑挫裂伤合理的治疗方法及手术指征。方法:对48例双额叶脑挫裂伤患者的临床特点和治疗措施进行回顾性分析,其中保守治疗22例,手术治疗26例;结果:保守治疗死亡率22.7%,手术治疗死亡率3.8%。结论:双额叶脑挫裂伤临床特点似缓实急,早期积极主动地手术治疗能够有效提高患者救治率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the rational therapeutic measurement and operative standard of bilateral frontal lobe laceration.Methods:The clinical chracteristics and therapeutic measurement of 48 cases of bilateral frontal lobe laceration admitted to our department were analyzed retrospectively.26 patients were operative and 22 patients were nonoperative.Results:Death ratio was 22.7% in nonoperative team and 3.8% in operative team.Conlusion:The clinical chracteristics of bilateral frontal lobe laceration should be urgent,in order to improve cure ratio,we should adopt operation in time. |
