补肾活血中药对无排卵型功血患者子宫内膜bFGF、VEGF表达的影响

目的：探讨中药治疗无排卵型功能失调性子宫出血的疗效及作用机理。方法：采用免疫组化SP（Histostain—Plus）法对30例无排卵功血患者经补肾活血中药治疗前后进行子宫内膜组织中bFGF、VEGF含量的测定。结果：无排卵功血患者无论其子宫内膜呈单纯增殖症或是复杂性增生改变，其子宫内膜bFGF、VEGF的表达水平均较对照组低（P〈0．01），经中药治疗后，子宫内膜bFGF、VEGF表达均较治疗前升高（P〈0．01）。结论：子宫内膜bFGF、VEGF表达减少，导致血管生成障碍，可能是无排卵性功血的发生机制之一。补肾活血中药增强子宫内膜bFGF、VEGF表达，进而促进血管生成而达到止血的目的，可能是治疗无排卵型功血的机制之一。

Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Decoction of Invigorating Kidney to Promote Blood Flow on bFGF and VEGF in Endometria with Anovulia Uterine Bleeding

Objective ： To approach the curative effect of traditional Chinese drug and the mechanism of action on anovalia uterine bleeding. Method： bFGF and VEGF in endometria in 30 cases with anovulia uterine bleeding were detected by immunohistochemistry SP （Histostain-Plus） before and after treatment by decoction of invigorating kidney to promote blood flow. Result： The expressions of bFGF and VEGF were lower in treatment group than in control group regardless of pure hyperplasy or complicacy hyperplasia in endometria （ P 〈0.01 ）. But after treatment of traditional Chinese drug the expressions of bFGF and VEGF were improved （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Low expressions of bFGF and VEGF leads to angiogenesis disturbance, and this may be the mechanism of action of anovulia uterine bleeding. Traditional Chinese drug can enhance the expressions of bFGF and VEGF and then to promote angiogenesis so as to stop bleeding, and this can be the mechanism of action of decoction of invigorating kidney to promote blood flow on anovulia uterine bleeding.
