CT引导下单纯臭氧盘内注射与联合胶原酶盘外溶解治疗腰椎间盘突出症的对比研究

摘    要:目的比较CT引导下臭氧椎间盘内注射联合胶原酶盘外溶解与单纯臭氧盘内注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 80例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组,每组40例,分别行单纯臭氧椎间盘内注射术(A组)及臭氧盘内注射联合胶原酶盘外溶解术(B组),比较两组疗效及VAS评分。结果组内比较,两组治疗前、后VAS评分均有统计学差异(P〈0.05);组间比较,B组治疗后3 d、7 dVAS评分高于A组,而6个月时则低于A组(P〈0.05)。治疗后6个月A组优良率为77.5%(31/40),B组优良率为95.0%(38/40),组间比较差异显著(P〈0.05)。结论臭氧椎间盘内注射联合胶原酶盘外溶解术较单纯臭氧椎间盘内注射术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效好。

Abstract:Objective To compare the effect between ozone injection alone and ozone injection combined with collagenase chemonucleolysis for lumbar disc herniation under CT guidance.Methods 80 cases with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were divided randomly into two groups,with 40 cases for each.Ozone was injected merely in group A,and ozone injection combined with collagenase chemonucleolysis was performed in group B.The whole curative effect and postoperative visual analogue scales(VAS) were evaluated.Results There was significant difference between pre-and post-VAS in both two groups(P〈0.05).Compared with group A,the VAS of group B was higher 3 and 7 days after operation and lower 6 months after operation(P〈0.05).The fineness rate of 6 months after operation was 77.5%(31/40) in group A,and was remarkable lower than 95.0%(38/40) in group A(P〈0.05). Conclusion The therapy of ozone injection combined with collagenase chemonucleolysis has more advantages than the ozone injection alone for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
