临床路径在慢性鼻窦炎围手术期中应用的评价

目的:研究临床路径对慢性鼻窦炎围手术期中患者住院费用、住院天数的影响。方法:对广东省中医院珠海医院2005年1月至2007年7月慢性鼻窦炎住院患者(对照组)围手术期作回顾性研究,并对2008年1月至2009年5月在我科住院的慢性鼻窦炎患者(试验组)围手术期按临床路径方法进行治疗及护理。同时对2组住院费用、住院天数统计分析后对比评价。结果:试验组住院天数明显低于对照组(P0.01);检验、检查及治疗费用亦明显低于对照组(P0.05);手术费用试验组明显高于对照组(P0.05);总费用2组间无明显差异(P0.05)。结论:应用临床路径在提高医疗质量、降低医疗费用、缩短住院天数以及促进医疗资源的合理利用方面,具有现实而重要的意义。

Assessment on Clinical Pathway of Chronic Sinusitis in the Perioperative Period

Objective：To study the effects of hospital costs and hospital stays on the clinical pathway of chronic sinusitis in the perioperative period.Methods：The hospitalized patients with chronic sinusitis（control group） from January 2005 to July 2007 received perioperative retrospective study.The clinical pathway of chronic sinusitis perioperative was draftted according to preliminary result.And from January 2008 to May 2009 the hospitalized patients of our department with chronic sinusitis（experimental group）received clinical treatment and care according to perioperative.At the same time,hospital costs and hospital stays were analysed and compared.Results：The hospital stays in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.01）.Test costs and treatment costs in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.The surgical costs in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）;but there was not significantly different in the total costs of two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical pathway has important practical significance in improving health care quality,lowing costs,shortening length of stay and promoting the rational use of medical resources.
