喉癌全喉切除术后患者的生活质量及其影响因素

目的 观察喉癌全喉切除术后患者的生活质量,探讨其影响因素。方法 采用问卷调查的方法对69例喉癌全喉切除术后患者的生活质量进行了调查。结果62.32％的患者自评总体生活质量得分在平均分值以上,总体生活质量与各功能项之间密切相关并具显著性差异;总体生活质量主要影响因素为身体功能、情绪功能和与健康有关的经济情况。结论 在护理中,不仅要注重患者身体功能的康复,同时要注重心理康复,并应重视经济问题。

Quality of life in patients with laryngeal cancer after total laryngectomy and its influencing factors

Objective To investigate the quality of life in patients with laryngeal cancer after total laryngectomy and to analyze its main influencing factors. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in 69 patienas with laryngeal cancer after total laryngectomy. Results 62. 32% of the laryngects marked higher score than the mean score. They felt satisfied with their living. The global quality of life was closely related to the scales of other functions and its impacts were predominant. The primary influencing factors included physical functioning, emotional functioning and financial situations in health care. Conclusions In nursing for the laryngects,importance was not only given to the restoration of physical functioning, but also to the restoration of emotional functioning and financial condition.
