四逆散体内抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒的实验研究

目的观察四逆散加减方醇提物体内抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒（DHBV）的作用。方法采用先天感染鸭乙型肝炎病毒的广州麻鸭为动物模型，检测用药前后鸭血清DHBV-DNAOD值的变化，并以阿昔洛韦作阳性对照。结果停用后第3天，四逆散原方组鸭血清DHBV—DNAOD值明显低于用药前（P〈0．05）；用药后第5天和第10天，四逆散加味组鸭血清DHBV—DNAOD值明显低于用药前（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）；用药后第10天，四逆散加味组的中位抑制率与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论四逆散原方、四逆散加味方在鸭体内有抗乙型肝炎病毒作用。

In vivo Experimental Study on Inhibitory Effect of Sinisan Decoction on Duck Hepatitis B Virus

Objective To study the antiviral effect of different compose Sinisan decoction alcoholextractive on duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV) in vivo. Methods Congenitally infected with DHBV Guangzhoubrown spot ducklings were used as the hepatitis B animal model and the change of serum HBV-DNA optic densityvalue (OD value) was observed. Acyclovir was used as the positive control drug. Results After medicatedwith Sinisan decoction 3 days, OD value of DHBV-DNA in Sinisan decoction group ducklings' serum was obviouslylower than that before treatment (P<0.05). After medicated with Sinisan added herb decoction 5 days and 10days,OD value of DHBV-DNA in Sinisan added herb decoction group ducklings' serum was obviously lower thanthat before treatment too(P<0.05, P<0.01). The medial inhibitory rate of DHBV-DNA between Sinisan added herbdecoction group and negative control group was significant different (P<0.05). Conclusion Sinisandecoction and Sinisan added herb decoction has certain inhabit DHBV-DNA effect in vivo.
