| 摘 要： | 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症,也是糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因之一。糖尿病肾病早期常常缺乏特异的临床表现,早期诊断有一定困难。对糖尿病肾病的早期诊断、筛查、治疗措施的研究进展做一简要综述。
