动力加压钢板与海绵螺钉联合治疗股骨粗隆部骨折

目的：探讨动力加压钢板与海绵螺钉在治疗股骨粗隆部骨折的应用价值。方法：对52例股骨粗隆部骨折进行切开复位并行动力加压钢板与海绵螺钉联合固定，术后随访8－72个月，分析研究其治疗效果。结果：52例病人全部术后随访，疗效满意，髋关节功能优良率达96．3％（50／52），无髋内翻发生。结论：该方法治疗股骨粗隆部骨折具有操作简单，损伤小，内固定可靠，取材经济，手术时间短等优点，特别是老年病人，值得应用和推广。

Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture With Dynamk Compression Plate And Concellous Bone Screw

Obiectve:To explore the application value of dynamk compression plate and concellous bone screw in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture. Methods: 52 patients with intertrochanteric fracture were treated surgically with dynamk compression plate and concellous bone screw. postoperatively the patients were followed up for august months to six years. theresults of treatment were studied. Results:The patients were followed up and their postoperative outcomes were satisfactory. excellent and good rate were 96. 3%. Conclusions:It is less tranmatic,stable,safe effective way to intertrochanteric fracture,especiall to old patients. It's one of worth to recommened and application.
