Abstract: | 120 primary amenorrhea cases are clinicallyanalyzed and 10 different causes are evaluated.69.2% are due to congenital causes, congenitalovarian dysgenesis is the most frequent, whilepure gonadal dysgenesis the second. Diagnosisfor each kind is introduced. Clinical manifesta-tions such as height, secondary sex characteris-tics, virilism and hirsutism and external andinternal genit.alia are hints for differentiation ofvarious diagnosis.
