| 摘 要： | 目的观察他克莫司乳膏联合卤米松乳膏治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法将43例白癜风患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用他克莫司乳膏联合卤米松乳膏外用，对照组外用他克莫司乳膏。结果治疗组和对照组在3个疗程（共12周）结束后总有效率分别为68．18％和35．00％（P〈0．05）。结论0．1％他克莫司乳膏联合卤米松乳膏治疗白癜风不良反应少、有效率较高，患者依从性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of tacrolimus cream combined with halometasone cream in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods 43 cases of vitiligo were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group were treated by tacrolimus cream combined with halometasone cream for external use,and the control group were treated by tacrolimus cream for external use. Results After the end of three courses（ 12 weeks in total） ,the total effective rate of treatment group and the control group was 68.18% and 35.00% , respectively （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The advantages of 0. 1% tacrolimus cream combined with Halometasone cream in the treatment of vitiligo has fewer adverse reactions, higher efficiency, and better patient compliance. |
