| 摘 要： | 慢性阻塞性肺疾病已经成为全球公共卫生问题之一。近年来在关于其危险因素的研究中,仅有吸烟、SERPINA1基因等少数危险因素被确认。但是,随着相关法规标准的制定和完善、大型队列研究的兴起,慢性阻塞性肺疾病危险因素的探究也迎来了新的契机。

| Abstract: | Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has become one of the global public health problems. In recent years, only a few risk factors such as smoking, SERPINA1 genes have been identified with improvement of rules and regulations, however, as well as a large cohort study is rising, the exploration of the other risk factors also ushered in a new opportunity. |
