糖尿病患者出院后治疗依从性及相关因素的调查研究

目的：评估糖尿病患者的依从性及相关因素,为更好治疗提供依据。方法采用一般情况调查问卷和糖尿病患者依从性调查表对108例出院后超过6个月的糖尿病患者进行随访和调查。结果糖尿病患者出院后具有较好的降糖药物依从性（3．65±0．49）分和良好生活习惯依从性（3．32±0．40）分,随访依从性（3．07±0．78）分和自我检测依从性（2．01±0．86）分较差。影响依从性的主要因素是家庭经济收入人均月收入（P ＜0．01）和出院后时间（P ＜0．01）。结论应加强对糖尿病患者出院后随访和检测重要性教育,应更加关注家庭经济条件较差和出院时间较长患者的依从性。

SURVEYS ON COMPLIANCE AND RELATED FACTORS IN POST-DISCHARGE DIABETICS

Objective To provide the basis for better treatment by evaluating the compliance and related factors in diabetics . Methods 108 diabetic patients dis-charged more than 6 months were surveyed and re-ceived follow-up surveys by using the general situation＆amp;nbsp;questionnaire and questionnaire on compliance of patients with diabetes .Results Diabetics after discharge had good compliance with hypoglycemic medication （3 .66 ± 0 .51） ,and healthy lifestyle （3 .28 ± 0 .42） , but relatively poorer compliance with follow-up （3 .22 ±0 .86） and self-monitoring （2 .12 ± 0 .86） .The compliance was chiefly affected by such factors as household income （ P〈0 .01） and the length of time af-ter discharge （ P〈0 .01） .Conclusion The post-discharge diabetics should be educated on the importance of follow-up surveys and self-monitoring ,and more attention should be paid to those patients from poorer families or with longer post-discharge time .
