针刺结合中药治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效观察

目的:探寻治疗慢性鼻窦炎的较佳疗法.方法:将262例慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为针刺治疗组64例、中药治疗组60例、针刺加中药治疗组138例,对治疗前后症状及鼻窦X线的改善情况进行对照观察.结果:针刺加中药治疗组有效率94.93%,优于中药治疗组的56.67%和针刺治疗组的59.38%(均P<0.05).结论:针刺结合中药治疗慢性鼻窦炎能取得更好的疗效.

Therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese drugs on chronic sinusitis

Objective To search for a better method for treatme nt of chronic sinusitis. Methods Two hundred and sixty-two cases of chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into an acupuncture group (n=64) , a Chinese medicine group (n=60) and an acupuncture plus Chinese medicine g roup (n=138). The four main symptoms, pus snivel of the middle nasal meatus or the olfactory cleft, the middle-lower concha swelling and X-ray of the nas al sinuses before and after treatment were investigated. Results The effective rate of 94.93% in the acupuncture plus Chinese medicine group was superior to 56.67% in the Chinese medicine group and 59.38% in the acupuncture group (all P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine has a better therapeutic effect on chronic sin usitis.
