缝线固定人工晶状体植入术后低视力原因分析

目的：分析经巩膜睫状沟缝线固定后房人工晶状体植入术后低视力原因。方法：对28例无后囊眼于1，7点经巩膜睫状沟缝线固定后房人工晶状体，对于后低视力原因及防治进行分析。结果：术后3月矫正视力＞0．5者35．7％，0．5－0．3者42．9％，0．2－0．1者10．7％，＜0．1者10．7％，术后低视力原因：术中前房及玻璃体积血，术后葡萄膜炎，人工晶状体偏移及合并眼病。结论：在缝线固定后房人工晶状体术中防治术中，术后并发症，可提高术后视力。

Cause on low vision of sclerl suture fixation of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation

Objective To observe the cause on low vision of suture fixation posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Methods 28 case were performed scleral suture fixation of posterior chamber intraocular lens, postoperative vision and complication were discussed. Results 3 months after surgery corrected vision of 0. 5 or better in 35. 7 % of patients,0.5- 0.3,42.9% ,0.2-0. 1,10.7% ,less 0.1 in 10.7%. The main cause of low postoperative vision the inter-operative hvphema and vitreous hemorrhage, psotoperative uveitis, divergent place of intraocular lens and so on. Conclusion Postoperative vision can be improved by preventing inter-and postoperative complications.
