80例健康儿童淋巴细胞亚群参考范围的调查分析

目的建立健康儿童淋巴细胞亚群正常值的参考范围。方法采用双色流式细胞术分析健康儿童外周血淋巴细胞各亚群的百分率和绝对数量。结果总淋巴细胞、CD3＋T淋巴细胞、辅助／诱导性T细胞（CD3＋CD4＋淋巴细胞）、抑制／细胞毒性T细胞（CD3＋CD8＋淋巴细胞）、CD19＋B淋巴细胞、CD3-CD56＋NK细胞百分率的中位值分别为44．00％、57．91％、27．65％、24．37％、17．44％、14．90％；总淋巴细胞、CD3＋T淋巴细胞、CD3＋CD4＋T淋巴细胞、CD3＋CD8＋T淋巴细胞、CDl9＋B淋巴细胞、CD3一CD56＋NK细胞绝对数的中位值分别3042个／斗l、1653个／μ、762个／μl、740个／μl、553个／μl、509个／μl。男女性别间CD3＋T淋巴细胞、CD3＋CD4＋T淋巴细胞和CD3-CD56＋NK细胞的百分率和绝对值比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），而总淋巴细胞、CD3＋CD8＋T细胞、CDl9＋B淋巴细胞的百分率和绝对值比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05），CD4＋／CD8＋比值性别间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。女性CD3＋细胞、CD3＋CD4＋细胞的绝对值和百分率均高于男性，CD3-CD56＋NK细胞的绝对值和百分率均低于男性。结论在相同地域、相同种族，建立健康儿童外周血淋巴细胞亚群正常参考值是必要的。疾病诊断和疗效评价时应考虑性别间的差异。

Analysis of reference ranges for lymphocyte subsets in healthy children

Objective To establish the reference ranges for normal values of lymphocyte subsets in healthy children. Methods Absolute counts and percentage of lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood were tested by Two-color flow cytometric. Results Median values for the percentage of total lymphocyte cell, CD3 ＋ T lymphocyte cell, CD3 ＋ CD4T lymphocyte cell, CD3＋ CD8＋T lymphocyte cell, CD19＋ B lymphocyte cell, CD3-CD56＋ NK cell respectively are 44.00%, 57.91%, 27.65%, 24. 37%, 17.44%, 14. 90% and the absolute counts of total lymphocyte cell, CD19 ＋B lymphocyte cell, CD3- CD56＋NK cell respectively are 3042 cells/μl, 1653 cells/lxl, 762 cells/μl, 740 cells/μl, 553 cells/lxl, 509 cells/μl. The percentages and absolute values of CD3 ＋ T lymphocyte cell, CD3 ＋ CD4 ＋ T genders （P 〈 0. 05 ） . The percentages and absolute values of total lymphocyte cell, CD3 ＋ CD8 ＋ T lymphocyte cell, CD19 ＋ B lymphocyte cell have no statistically significant differ- ence between the genders （P 〉 O. 05 ） . The ratio of CD4 ＋ and CD8 ＋ cell was no statistically significant difference between the genders （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . The percentages and absolute values of CD3 ＋ T lymphocyte cell, CD3 ＋ CD4 ＋ T lymphocyte cell were higher and there of CD3 - CD56 ＋ NK cell were lower in the female than the male group. Conclusion It is important to estab- lish the normal reference values of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets for healthy children in the same race and district. The difference of genders should be consider in the desease diagnosis and outcome evaluation.
