静脉穿刺培训基地建设与实践

目的探讨静脉穿刺培训基地建设模式。方法通过建立组织机构，完善设施条件，加强培训体系建设，建立培训基地，对新护士进行有重点的静脉穿刺专项技能培训。结果通过培训，护士的静脉穿刺成功率为98．87％，考核成绩为（98．20±1．10）分。采用主次因素分析显示，静脉采血穿刺失败的主要因素为血管选择不当、进针过浅、持针器固定不稳；静脉输液则为皮肤未绷紧、血管选择不当、穿刺力度过大。结论建立静脉穿刺培训基地适应医学发展新趋势，提高了年轻护士的技术水平，为专科建设提供了有效的探索模式。

Practice and building of vein puncture training base

Objective To investigate the effective model about the base construction of the vein puncture training. Method By means of the building organization,completing facilities,strenghening training system, we undertook training of vein puncture in light of post＇ s needs. Results After passing the training course, the rate of successful puncture of the trainees is 98.87 % , and the average score is （ 98.20±1. 10 ）. Through the analysis of Pareto diagram method, the main failure factors are the vessel selective mistake,puncture not enough and needle hold not steadly for the blood sample collection,and the skin not tight,the vessel selective mistake and puncture too heavily for the vein infusion respectively. Conclusion Building vein puncture training base could improve skills of young nurses and adapt to medical development,which also provides an efficient model for reinforcing special wards.
