干细胞原位培植四维抗衰老美容整形的临床应用研究(一)--不同年龄组面部软组织厚度变化

目的：分析研究面部软组织厚度随年龄变化的关系。方法：选择经过体脂含量计算正常140人，按不同年龄段分布测量发际、眉间、鼻背、上唇根部、人中、颏隆凸、颏下、眉中央、眶下缘中点、下颌下缘（咬肌前）、颧弓上缘、下颌升支（咬肌中）、下颌角共15个点，并记录制备图表与曲线。结果：体脂正常不同年龄组面部软组织厚度不同，而且面部软组织不同部位的厚度随年龄变化的程度也不同。结论：衰老在面部的表现不仅仅是组织的松垂及皮肤皱纹的增多，还包括面部各部位组织厚度的改变。

The Application of in situ Epidermal Regenerative Stem Cell Culture in Four-dimension Anti-senescence Plastic and Anesthetic Surgery (1) -- Change in the Thickness of the Face Soft Tissue of Different Ages

Objective: To measure the soft tissue thickness of face and to find out the relationship between the changes in soft tissue thickness and the age of the person. Method: 140 persons with normal body fat content were selected to enter this experiment. The soft tissue thickness at 15 points of the body including frontoparietal, glabella, nasion, dorsum of nose, root of upper lip, philtrum, mentolabial, pognion, submentum, middle of infraorbitalis, the lower border of the mandible, the upper border of zogomatic arch, the anterior portion of mandibular ramus, and angle of mandible were measured. The values were recorded according to different ages and curves were plotted. Results: The thickness of different parts of soft tissues in the face was different at different ages, and the changes in the thickness of different parts of soft tissues were also different with different ages. Conclusion: The senescence on the face is not only manifested by tissue relaxation and wrinkles but also by tissue thickness change in different parts.
