| 摘 要： | 目的：采用HPLC法测定（Agilent Eclipse XDB—C18柱，150mm×4．6mm，5um）龙胆中龙胆苦苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法；C18色谱柱（流动相：甲醇-水（25：75）流速：1ml／min；检测波长：270nm；柱温：25℃；进样量：10ul。结果：龙胆苦苷在0．1mg／mL-1．0mg／mL之间线性良好。得回归方程，Y=309．72X-16．788，r=0．9998。，测得龙胆苦苷平均加样回收率为99．38％。KSD为0．62％。结论：本法快速简便，准确，重现性好。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of gentiopicfin in gentian. Methods： HPLC method, the analytical column was C 18（150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 um）.The mobile phase consisted of methanol - water （25：75） .The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The column temperature was at 25℃.The Detector wavelength was set at 270 nm. The injection volume was 10 ul.Results：The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 1 - 1.00 ug/ml of gentiopicrin with correlation coefficient of 0.9998,and the regression equation as Y=309.72X-16.788.The average recovery rate was 99.38%,and RSD was 0.62%.Conclusion： The method is quick, accurate, and simple with good repetition. |
