富含SpA菌苗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的临床初步观察

应用SpA菌苗治疗11例恶性肿瘤;其中膀胱灌注5例,腹腔注射2例,瘤块内注射4例。前两种方法未见有副作用,但除一例膀胱癌术后配合菌苗灌注后4年没有复发外,其余无明显疗效。4例瘤块内注射,3例无明显改善,1例肿瘤约缩小30％;值得注意的是,这种使用途径,有2例(50％)产生较严重的过敏反应。11例应用SpA菌苗后,血清中的IgG和IgA明显升高,但OKT3、OKT4和OKT8标志的淋巴细胞均无显著改变。

Clinic Observe of Cancer Therapy with SpA-Bacterin

11 patients with cancer confirmed by pathology were treated by the bacterin contained A protein of Staphylococcus aureus. 5 of these patients were administered by the method of bladder infusion, 4 patients directly were injected in tumor and the peritoneoclysis was in other three patients. The resutls showed that first and second methods haven't got any side effect and obvious curative effect besides a patient with bladder carcinoma operated which haven't an attack of an old illness lor 4 years. In those injected tumors 3 patients haven't distinct variation,the tumor size of a patient is reduced 1. 5 times before treatment. It attract attention to that more severe hypersensilive reaction occurred in this way. After use of the bacterin IgG in serum of all patients increased,but T lymphocyte subpopulations were without significant change.
