粘连性肠梗阻的超声诊断

目的:探讨粘连性肠梗阻的超声诊断意义和价值.方法:对经手术证实的87例粘连性肠梗阻应用超声进行诊断.结果:超声图像特征为:肠壁与肠壁粘连相贴,肠壁与腹壁粘连相贴,肠壁增厚,肠系膜臃积增厚,粘连索带,粘连性包块,肠管局部缺血性改变,肠管扩张伴积气积液,腹腔内积液等.结论:在粘连性肠梗阻诊断中超声检查明显优于X线,可提供粘连性肠梗阻的直接和间接影像依据.

Ultrasound Diagnosis in Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction

Objective To evaluate the significance of ultrasound diagnosis for adhesive intestinal obstruction Methods Utrasonographyi studies of 87 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction which were later confirmed by surgery were reviewed. Results The features of ultrasound imaging included adhesive connection between the intestinal walls, adhesive connection between the intestinal wall and abdominal wall, thickening of the intestinal wall, stacking and thickening of the mesentery, adhesive bands,adhesive masses, localized ischemic lesion of the intestinal, distention of the intestinal lumen with accumulation of gas and liquid, intraperitoneal fluid,thickening of the cholecystic wall and some other secondary lesions. Conclusion Ultrasonography is obviously more advantageous than radiography in the diagnosis of adhesive intestinal obstruction,providing direct and indirect imaging evidences for the to diagnosis of adhesive intestinal obstruction.
