| 摘 要： | 目的：研究石英谐振组合靶基因检测仪自激式振荡电路。方法：电路设计满足石英谐振相位和幅度两个基本驱动条件，在振荡电路后加一级放大电路，使输出的信号幅度能够达到TTL电平，并经过波形变换和整形后，输出方波信号，送到计算机上的频率计数卡。结果：设计的振荡电路稳定性好，液相中起振能力强，结论：该振荡电路能满足石英谐振组合靶基因检测仪的需要。

| Abstract: | Objective To construct an oscillation circuit for a gene analyzer based on quartz crystal microbalance. Methods The conditions of oscillating phase and amplitude of quartz crystal microbalance were satisfied,and an enlarged circuit was added to the end of oscillation circuit to make the output signals meet TTL. The square wave was obtained after wave shifting and shaping,then the signals were transferred to the frequency counting card of computer. Results The final circuit was of good stability and strong vibromotive force in the liquid phase. Conclusion The oscillation circuit is suitable for the quartz crystal microbalance based gene analyzer. |
