| 摘 要： | 分析了社会主义市场经济条件下，出现医疗服务商品化，医患关系经济化的趋势，运用信息不对称理论，对医患关系的法律实质，医患的道德修养，医疗观和管理方面的问题进行了分析，使用对策论方法提出了改善医思关系的相关对策。

| Abstract: | To analyze at condition of socialism market economy, there are a trend of medical treatment commoditify, medical patient relationship economify, The author make use of Asymmetric information, analyzed statute exxence of the physician patient relationship, value and moral orietation in medical care and management issues, and proposed strategies in improving medicall patient relationship. |
