摘    要:BOLD MRI最初只应用于神经系统.随着MR技术的进步,BOLD MRI越来越多地应用于肾脏不同研究领域,能无创评估肾实质氧合状态,具有一定临床应用价值,但仍存在一些不足.本文对肾脏BOLD MRI的基本原理及其临床应用价值进行综述.

Abstract:BOLD MRI was firstly used in central nervous system. Recently, it begins to be used in kidney diseases, which can noninvasively evaluate the tissue oxygenation status of kidney. BOLD MRI has significance of clinical application, but there are still some limits of it. The fundamental mechanism and progresses of clinical application of renal BOLD MRI were reviewed in this article.
