| 摘 要： | 目的系统分析我国老年期痴呆的研究现况，为探索构建老年期痴呆患者社会支持体系奠定基础。方法运用定性定量相结合的方法，通过文献评阅对国内2000年以来发表的406篇老年期痴呆相关文献进行系统分析。结果老年期痴呆的筛查诊断方法日趋成熟，但病因机制仍不明确，无法根治，早期干预及护理、社会支持方面的研究开展严重不足。结论当前应规范筛查诊断标准、定期开展社区筛查评估；在明确危险因素基础上，加强病因学研究以期突破；开展系统化的干预研究，加强居家护理技术的培训；探索构建老年期痴呆患者社会支持体系。
