带黑色素瘤小鼠局部淋巴结生物学屏障功能的研究

以带黑色素瘤(B16)C57BL/6小鼠为模型,用光镜、电镜、形态计量学、淋巴细胞细胞毒等实验技术,对小鼠局部淋巴结的生物学屏障进行了研究。接种瘤细胞后,早期所出现的副皮质区增生和窦阳性反应,对机体抗肿瘤作用有利;晚期淋巴小结的增多和窦退化型反应的出现,则为机体抗肿瘤能力减弱的表现。

STUDIES OF THE BIOLOGICAL BARRIER FUNCTION OF THE REGIONAL LYMPH NODE OF MICE WITH MELANOMA

The B 16 melanoma cells were injected into the footpad of C57BL/6 mouse to produce melanoma. The biological barrier function of regional lymph node was studeid by means of light microscopy, electron microscopy, morphometrical analysis, and lymphocyte cytotoxic activity. Paracortical hyperplasia, positive sinus hisiocytosis, and the binding of marcophages and lymphocytes with tumor cells all had favorable effects to the host, while the lymph nodule hyperplasia and degenerative histocytosis were not. In addition, the number of mast cells in the regional lymph node was increased and some of them were bound to the tumor cells and degranulated toward the surface of tumor cell. Mechanisms of these anti-tumorigenesis are discussed.
